I’m absolutely delighted with the work Dynamic Sanding did on our floor. It was in very poor condition after tenants had left heavy scrapes, scratches and marks from using chairs without any protection on the legs.

The whole service was professional and helpful from start to finish, and the transformation is incredible. The floor has come up looking like new — far better than I expected given the condition it was in.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dynamic Sanding. A fantastic job and a brilliant result.

Dynamic Flooring – Exceptional Service & Outstanding Craftsmanship!
I recently hired Dynamic Flooring for a flooring installation, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Mike did an absolute phenomenal job from start to finish. Right from the beginning, his customer service and communication were top-notch—he was clear, attentive, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything met my expectations.
What stood out the most was Mike's professionalism and incredible attention to detail. He didn't rush through the job; instead, he took the time to ensure every edge, corner, and seam was executed with absolute precision. The quality of the final floor speaks for itself, transforming the whole look of the room.
It’s rare to find a contractor who combines high-level skill, reliability, and genuine customer care so seamlessly. If you’re looking for top-tier flooring work done right the first time, I highly recommend Dynamic Flooring. Thank you, Mike!

We used Dynamic Floor Refinishing to revive our old Victorian terrace’s original wooden floors and could not be happier with the result! Both Mike and Darren worked so hard to get the job done and were really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

We also really valued the transparency with the pricing and their communication throughout the time the job was being done!

Cannot recommend them enough and will definitely be using them again in the future to do the rest of our home.

Highly, highly recommend these guys for any floor refinishing. They were really professional, answered any questions I had about the job, reasonably priced and were extremely tidy! I'm so pleased with how my floor looks now as it was pretty rough beforehand. We went for a clear, satin coat to seal the floor and it looks great.

Mike provided his quote promptly after I sent him detailed measurements and photographs of our tired oak slat floor. His price was very competitive, and he was transparent throughout about the work involved leading up to the day we booked him.

Mike and Darren completed the job in just a day and a half. When I first saw the finished floor, I genuinely couldn’t believe my eyes - it exceeded all of my expectations. The transformation is incredible, and the floor looks brand new.

Mike was one of the friendliest, most down-to-earth tradespeople I worked with during the renovation of my new home. His workmanship, professionalism, and communication were excellent from start to finish.

I couldn’t recommend Mike highly enough, and I hope to work with him again in the future. Thank you, Mike and Darren, for an outstanding job that has completely transformed my new home!
