I’m absolutely delighted with the work Dynamic Sanding did on our floor. It was in very poor condition after tenants had left heavy scrapes, scratches and marks from using chairs without any protection on the legs.

The whole service was professional and helpful from start to finish, and the transformation is incredible. The floor has come up looking like new — far better than I expected given the condition it was in.

We used Dynamic Floor Refinishing to revive our old Victorian terrace’s original wooden floors and could not be happier with the result! Both Mike and Darren worked so hard to get the job done and were really knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.

We also really valued the transparency with the pricing and their communication throughout the time the job was being done!

Highly, highly recommend these guys for any floor refinishing. They were really professional, answered any questions I had about the job, reasonably priced and were extremely tidy! Mike provided his quote promptly after I sent him detailed measurements and photographs of our tired oak slat floor. His price was very competitive, and he was transparent throughout about the work involved leading up to the day we booked him.
